Burlesque is every Tuesday, Zumba every Wednesday and Saturday, and Yoga plus UPLIFT every Thursday. AMPD Kickboxing runs October 1, 15 and 29; PomSquad runs October 8 and 22. Line Dance runs October 16, 23 and 30. Saturday UPLIFT runs October 3, 17 and 31. The Teri’s Diner takeover is October 15 at 6:30 PM. There are no group classes October 2 or 9, and the studio is closed Sundays.
